I-SH-E AI SMARTCOACH is a self-directed instructional coaching platform designed for educational leaders. It addresses challenges in adult learning by helping participants master fundamental coaching concepts before supporting teachers in classroom settings. The platform comprises six components: Getting Started, Introduction, Information, Sharing, Evaluation, and Certification. Participants access materials through an AI Knowledge Assistant, explore One Page Instructional Coaching through video excerpts, share reflections in professional learning communities, and complete gamified quizzes and assessments. Certificates are awarded upon completion. 539 participants accessed the platform: 393 awarded five stars, 127 four stars, and 19 three stars. Completion times were approximately 15 minutes for 355 participants, below 15 minutes for 126, and 31 minutes to one hour for 58. Self-assessment findings indicated support for wider dissemination (100%), accessibility as a reference resource (99%), time savings (98%), foundational knowledge acquisition (100%), and user-friendliness (100%). Reported impacts included strengthened instructional leadership (98.22%), continuous professional learning (90.625%), improved teaching and learning (90.28%), and reflective, collaborative engagement (90.625%–96.875%), with no printing expenditure. Endorsed by qualified experts, it was patented on 18 June 2025, with copyright held by Institut Aminuddin Baki, supporting sustainable professional development in education.
