Physiotherapy services require effective coordination of appointments, patient assessments, clinical documentation, progress monitoring and reporting to ensure organised, continuous and patient-centred care. However, conventional workflows often involve fragmented administrative processes and paper-based or separately stored records, increasing documentation burden, limiting information accessibility and disrupting continuity of patient management. PHYSIOTHERAPY HUB was developed as an integrated digital platform that transforms these conventional workflows into a systematic and connected ecosystem. Based on physiotherapy centre requirements, it centralises appointment management, assessments, treatment records, progress documentation and clinical reporting within one accessible, cloud-based environment. By connecting each stage of the patient journey, the platform reduces reliance on physical documentation, enables efficient information retrieval, supports organised patient monitoring and improves workflow efficiency, accessibility and continuity of care. Its scalable and adaptable web-based architecture allows continuous updates, customisation and future expansion across academic, clinical and rehabilitation settings. It also offers commercialisation opportunities through institutional licensing, subscription-based adoption and strategic collaboration. Reduced paper dependency further supports sustainable long-term digital practice. In conclusion, PHYSIOTHERAPY HUB provides a practical and scalable solution for modernising physiotherapy service delivery across diverse healthcare service environments by integrating administrative and clinical processes, strengthening information management and supporting efficient, accessible and continuous patient-centred care.
