Teachers' administrative work has largely gone digital, but duplicated data entry between recording and reporting is still common. We aimed to reduce that repetition through data reuse and automation while keeping professional judgement with the teacher. Ez-RPH was designed as a teacher-centred digital workflow ecosystem with five stages, namely record, organise, reuse, automate and verify. Six modules are operational on web, Android and iOS. The two central modules are AI-assisted daily lesson planning (RPH) and Auto-PBD for classroom-based assessment (PBD). In Auto-PBD, the teacher decides the mastery level (Tahap Penguasaan, TP). The system then brings forward the related remarks, intervention and effort level entries, which the teacher reviews and amends if necessary before submitting personally. In a recorded demonstration, Auto-PBD completed records for a class of at least 30 students within 30 seconds. User perceptions were collected from 117 teachers at five workshops using a five-point scale covering ease of use, usefulness, time management, intention to use and recommendation. Item means ranged from 4.28 to 4.60, with agreement between 84% and 95%. As it runs on existing devices, Ez-RPH could be used widely by the 420,367 teachers in Ministry of Education schools. It holds MyIPO copyright registration.
