The effectiveness of learning the discipline of Usul Fiqh among Islamic Studies students is often hindered by limited accessibility to decentralized reference sources, difficulties in comprehending complex jurisprudential terminology, and challenges in the accurate pronunciation of Arabic words. To address these issues, this study aims to develop Mu`jam al-Usuli (www.usuli.net), a centralized web ecosystem designed to interactively integrate classical Islamic knowledge (turath) with modern academic technology. The platform was developed using the Agile Method across four core phases: user requirements analysis, system design and database coding (PHP/MySQL) driven by User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) principles, system functionality testing, and live domain deployment. The project successfully deployed a responsive web application featuring five core modules: a bilingual terminology dictionary based on morphological analysis (root words and patterns) accompanied by Arabic pronunciation audio/visual aids, a smart lecture notes management system, an authentic directory of primary and secondary sources, a visual media gallery for scholarly learning, and an academic expertise directory. The implications of this development demonstrate that Mu`jam al-Usuli effectively mitigates Arabic linguistic barriers, optimizes study time efficiency, modernizes the delivery of classical turath scholarship, and elevates student academic attainment through continuous access.
