Insufficient funding remains a persistent challenge for Malaysian schools, limiting educational projects and infrastructure development. Meanwhile, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices encourage greater corporate accountability and community engagement. In alignment with government initiatives promoting corporate-school collaboration, FundEd was developed as a digital matching platform connecting schools with corporate sponsors. Findings highlight gaps in existing fundraising mechanisms, including limited digital solutions and unequal access to sponsorship. FundEd enables schools to publish project needs and companies to register Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) profiles, supporting SDG 4 and corporate ESG commitments through meaningful community engagement.
