Productivity remains low despite export potential. Smart Garden Planner is an Android application designed specifically for Harumanis cultivation. It tracks tree growth and determines growth stages automatically, provides stage-based fertilizer advice referenced to published research, issues district-level weather advisories, and heavy-rain alerts for anthracnose risk, and records pests and disease reports in each plot's health history. Harvests are logged by weight and grade and listed directly in an integrated marketplace with buyer messaging, while PDF records and sustainability report support extension visits and responsible resource use. Build with Flutter, and SQLite local storage for offline field use and OpenWeatherMap, the application was tested with 20 users. Free for growers, Smart Garden Planner offers a scalable, crop-specific model for shaping tomorrow's high-value fruit farming.
