Li-D (Listening and Emotion Detection Innovation), developed by Sejana MindTrace at SK Seri Saujana, Malaysia, supports systematic preliminary screening in school disciplinary case management. Developed through Design Thinking, it integrates Arduino Uno, temperature, oxygen saturation and heart rate sensors, Python programming, and a QR-accessible 5W1H questioning framework. Its distinctive feature combines physiological data with structured questioning to support teachers’ professional judgement and intervention planning. Implementation findings indicate more organised case management and focused interventions. Li-D offers a practical, replicable approach to strengthening school guidance and counselling services, with potential for wider adoption across educational institutions.
