TypeZESTY 2.0 is an innovative mosquito repellent diffuser developed by Team Z from SMK Sultan Ismail II, Kemaman, Terengganu. It combines fresh serai wangi (citronella grass) and pandan leaves with an active ventilation system to disperse plant-based vapour throughout indoor spaces. Equipped with a 12V DC exhaust fan, protective mesh enclosure, and smart plug for remote control and scheduling, ZESTY 2.0 offers a convenient alternative to conventional chemical repellents. User testing indicated that 99% of participants experienced no mosquito disturbances. This innovation promotes safer, fresher indoor environments through botanical ingredients and smart engineering.
